Projects/Initiatives: Addressing land-based activities in the Western Indian Ocean (WIO- LaB) 2004- 2010 Project. It was funded by GEF.
KCDP Blue economy project -kws along tana delta
Implementation of the strategic action programme for the protection of the western Indian Ocean from land-based sources and activities (WIO-SAP). It is ongoing.
Western indian Ocean large Marine Ecosystems Stratergic Action Programme Policy Harmonisation and Institutional Reforms (WIO LME SAPPHIRE).
