advertThe Global Environment Facility, through the United Nations Environment Programme is providing financial support to the Government of Kenya to review and update Kenya’s National Biodiversity Strategy and Action Plan (NBSAP). This assignment is expected to be implemented within a duration of twelve (12) months. The Ministry of Environment and Natural Resources, State Department of Environment therefore intends to engage two (2) staff to coordinate the activities to be implemented during the assignment, these are:

  1. THE NATIONAL PROJECT COORDINATOR (NPC)

The role of the NPC will be to oversee project implementation and liaison between the Steering Committee and Project Staff. The NPC will be critical in catalyzing inter-ministerial and broader stakeholder support towards the objectives of this project and liaising with counterparts in other ministries, regional/local governments…….read more
