Rainfall continued to be recorded over the Lake Victoria Basin, Highlands West of the Rift Valley, Central and South Rift Valley, Central Highlands, the Southeastern Lowlands and the Northeast as depicted in Figures 1 and 2. The Coastal Strip remained mostly dry.
