Hot and dry weather conditions wereexperienced over most parts of the country although there was an improvement in cloudiness (especially in the mornings) during the second half of the review period.A comparison between the previous seven days (28th January to 3rd February, 2019) with the period under review (4th to 10thFebruary, 2019) indicates thatthe country remained mostly dry. However, Karurumo Rainfall Station (Murang’a County)recorded the highest seven-day total rainfall of45.0mm.
