1Rainfall is likely to continue over the Lake Victoria Basin, the Highlands West of the Rift Valley, the Central and South Rift Valley, the Highlands East of the Rift Valley {including Nairobi area} and the South-eastern Lowlands.

A few areas within the Coastal Strip and the Northwest may also receive some rainfall. The Northeast is likely to be mainly sunny and dry throughout the forecast period.
