Vienna Convention on Substance that Deplete Ozone Layer

 Objective: Adopt and implement worl wide measures to eliminate production and use of regulated substances that damage ozone layer.

Date of Ratification:                                  9th November 1988

Date Entered into Force:                            9th November 1989

 

Government Obligation:  Sharing of information to protect the ozone layer by taking precautioinary measures to control global emmissions of substances that deplete ozone layer.
