The PS called for the program to be aligned to the Government agenda and ensure aspects and aspirations of communities are addressed.

The PS appreciated the support of European Union through the project that will address the challenges of rising water levels in Rift Valley lakes and Lake Victoria and called on the project to focus on the entire watershed.
